Is David Horsey a Racist?

Maybe it's my imagination but isn't David Horsey making fun of black's appearances by drawing a bald-headed, nostrils flaring, floppy Spock-like ears, low and furrowed but jutted brow black person speaking in a near-Eubonic language who like to sodomize people with a screwdriver???

I think he made a faux-pas Freudian slip for all to see.
