Clinton's "Talk No Evil" Photo...Thumbs Up.

I've seen the photo before in Michelle Malkin's latest blog on the 9/11 Omission Report. But for the first time I just now noticed Clinton's "thumbs up" on his lap while his mouth is covered. Is this a morbid, secret symbolic gesture about his Lewinsky affiar? Now, what was that joke about Wee Willie again?
