Hurricane Bloggers, Please Let Us Know How You Fared
Kokonut Pundits is asking hurricane bloggers to tell us how you are doing and whether your homes or friends and relatives survived the killer hurricane Katrina storm. Please trackback here as well as Michelle Malkin's website.
Rising floodwaters have trapped many people in their homes near coastal waters forcing them into the attics during the height of the storm's wrath. It is unknown if any of them have drowned in their own attics or they were able to punch their way into the roof. The damage is appalling and castrophic. Martial law has been declared for the city of New Orleans where breached levees continue to pour water into the city.
Help with the donations by sending supplies and monies to the American Red Cross.
The damaging effects from Hurricane Katrina will be felt for years. Right now, people will have to survive over the next several weeks or few months. What's worse, hurricane season is not over, yet.
