Police said Simich, who is deaf, was apparently upset that his sister had suggested that he move out of the house. But the psychiatrist testified that Simich is deluded and believes, among other things, that the Bergmans were members of a cocaine-dealing cartel.
"Hearing" voices saying he'll be the last person on earth according to the Bible and believing that the Bergmans (Simich Jr's deaf sister and her deaf husband, Mr. Bergmans) were members of a coaine-dealing cartel??
So, those are reasons for murdering them?
What else will he come up with? Is he digging himself a hole?
