The news about a recent jailing of he-shall-not-be-named is starting to spread since it was announced yesterday on
YouTube. And that
reminded me of a cartoon I did a few months back about Karma, the dog. Now, when you're in jail it doesn't mean you're guilty. In a court of law you are innocent until proven guilty. Although his
mugshot doesn't inspire much confidence in that theory while he's held in custody for reasons that are unclear at this moment. I am basically indifferent and in short don't much care for all this which is why I am writing this blog today. For years I had hoped he would change his behavior instead of "machine gunning" people down at Deaf, deaf, and hard of hearing people he doesn't like hoping to get a response from them. And many do respond angrily to his delight. That was his trademark, and a bad one at that. And because of that he was then persona non grata in my vlogs and blogs for the past few years now. He just wasn't worth it. I even approached him in person 4 years ago and
told him that his blog has so much potential if only he knock off the continual attacking and disparaging remarks.
Prior to my initiated handshake with ***** I told him that his blog has lots of potential but if he keeps it up by disparaging other people including their families, somebody else will go after him.
And now, suddenly, he's in the glaring spotlight in such a surreal way. And I'm sure many are jumping with glee and joy that he finally got what coming to him, the guy that everybody loves to hate. Yet I don't take joy in all that just as well when
Micah Brown was arrested earlier this year and found guilty for his crime. It just makes me shake my head in all this. Until more information on exactly why he's in jail I will have to wait and see. Just hope he will come out for the better, unharmed and humbled by all this experience. I'm writing this if people are wondering about what I think about all this and I'm setting the record straight here. That's all I have to say for now.
ADDENDUM: He came out of jail. Something to do with an error on mandatory court appearance and miscommunication. Yet, he hasn't been humbled by all this.

Who is this person? I went to VineLink but I just get the home page. I googled to get this person's first and last name, then tried VineLInk and couldn't bring him up - must have gotten the first name wrong.
Ha! Tweety will definitely teach R. how to behave.
R. should be enjoyed having a company with Tweety in the cage. Make sure Granny to take a good care of 'em.
Everybody loves to laugh and hear some jokes --- The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

Anonymous, I don't think your comment is done in good taste here. Whatever charges that come about does not justify in hoping he get his "fair share" of abuse in jail while he's still in custody.
Yes, one can always hope that he will come out of all this humbled and change his ways towards others. We can still hope.
Well, Mike, as for 3:23 PM, at this point, we all hope that he has a potential to learn his "hardest" lesson and needs to learn how to cope with his privacy life. However, everybody knows his situation. It's kinda too late. He has to face this kind of reality in public and private.
Think about Lindsay Lohan. Paris Hilton. Tiger Woods. Jesse James.
There's one thing I applaud Tiger Woods is that he went to therapy for the sex addiction and he helped himself for repairing the relationship with people in private and public life.
Karma is always a bitch.
And will continue on bitching to everyone, even those think they are immune.
Mike, glad you brought up about karma.
Good luck
I found out who it is. And I'm sorry to see him in jail. I feared that some day that not only his blogging and vlogging would get him killed, but he's also boasted so much of having sex with some people in his life. Some times I really do wonder if he's done consequental sex or not. But whatever this case happens to this person, May God have mercy on him.
I totally agree with ASLeslie....

IMO, I really think he needs to apologize to his family, close friends and the deaf community for his own actions and for dragging them into the mud.
We do really hope that he recognize himself for not blaming anyone but himself. Accountability. Life is not fair but bitch.
I must be missing something. I had the same problems as Lola - I clicked on Virginia at the VineLink site you provided and entered 43342 but it said there was nobody with that.
Here's the link to the page.

Game over!
I figured Gratefuldeaf would remove his vlog soon because that made him the biggest target. And because of that opened a can of worms here. Too late on removing that video. The damage has been done.
I'm one of the regulars in the Thursday knitting group - congratulations on your first romance novel! Of course . . . I got it - had to go to another bookstore to buy it. ;-)
Romance novel?? Mike?? Really? What else have u been hiding from us? LOL ;)
Candy,
LOL.
I think Lola misplaced her comments for another blog. I let this one in hoping that she might shed some light on why she said that.
Sorry about that comment . . . yes, it was for another blog, long time ago. But for some reason that comment still seems to persist in some cookie, or somewhere in blogger's cache. Got rid of the cookie and hopefully it's fixed.
Anyway, my original comment was to Candy . . . that site, VineLink, is public record, so anyone can use the information from the public record. I've seen mugshots in newspapers, on tv news. It simply is a notice that someone was arrested, and processed by the police according to the law and entered into the public record. That's all it means - it doesn't indicate said person's guilt or non-guilt.
Now, how other people use that information - well, some use the information responsibly. Some don't.
Wow, this is indeed a surprise to me. I'm seeing his mugshot at the Vine link. I don't know the full story but given his vlogs have attacked and disparaged some people with such hostility, he's asking for too much trouble. Really too bad. Let's see how the system work in his favor or against him, based on what evidences or testimonies being presented in the prosecutor's officer. I hope he gets his due process and get a fair trial.
Rob, you said it. A fair trial and the necessary interpreters to get the job done. Whatever the outcome, it's a lesson learned.
Accordling to this statements from VINE Service "The Virginia VINE Service is provided to you in an effort to help keep the public safe and informed."
Basically, we all are OK to post a mugshot of him to keep ourselves safe and informed. As long as his mugshot is still in a public database and you really cannot do anything about it. We don't know what he did yet. He may be very dangerous and endanger our life whenever he gets out of jail. Who knows?
We had to expose him because he really twisted our world for a decade. It is enough.
Oops, I mean "in the prosecutor's office." Damn typo.

If you're about revenge, that's your prerogative. It ain't mine.
Lola..
Saw your other comment. Looking up on someone which is a public record is not a problem, it is a public record. Providing a link, obviously that is unavoidable. What I am referring to is posting it elsewhere outside of VINE or any public record site. Reposting it in Gratefuldeaf's video and reposting it in deafsource site. Reposting in in its entirety on a blog, for example. Why can't they just refer to that VINE site? They're all about revenge.
I do think it is tasteless. Like I said, I'm not into revenge.
And, at the very bottom of that site is this message:
