Kathy Buckley - a deaf comedianne.

Here's Kathy Buckley, a well known deaf comedianne in a signing video at the world premiere opening of SEE WHAT I'M SAYING at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood.

It's rare to come across deaf comedians/comediannes nowadays but surely and slowly we are seeing more of them hitting the comedy circuits whether as a novice or an old pro. Although I did a bit of comedy skits myself in the past. How about my recent video parody of a Pepsi commercial "Uncle Bob's House"?

Heh.

Oh, yes, I have watched her once, YEARS ago, here in Rochester, NY, when she performed at RIT when I was a student there... she was funny and I enjoyed it a lot.

There's many potential deaf/hoh comedians out there. What are they waiting for?!

If you think you're going to make it as a comedian, don't quit your day job, Mike.

DonG, I wouldn't dream of quitting my job. Where else would I get paid to hike and drive in the woods? Are you short on Monopoly money? Need a donation?
