New hearing aid style....punkish
I can't exactly say this is the kind of hearing aid people would desire for but I'd give them credit for being this creative. What you're seeing in this photo is a hearing aid. Yes. A hearing aid. Go here and learn more about this really strange idea of a hearing aid design. If you're hard of hearing and are into this sort of punk-type of jewelry design for your ear...lobes....you might want to try this one out, if you can afford it. I imagine it'd be expensive considering not many would wear it in that fashion.

ew! not for me. I never understood the attraction of those earring styles.
I suspect this hearing aid isn't real, just a damn good job of Photoshop and a heaping serving of creativity! You got to give them props for that. Next thing you know, there will be a CI that looks like either alien eyestalks or peacock feathers.

Gauged earrings comes in all styles and shapes, I imagine they will expand with the different styles, eventually.
My tattooist has an earring like the one above, not a hearing aid tho.

Well, try imagining how that earlobe's gonna look when you're 60 or 70, when it will lack suppleness and the loop stretches to the...um, shoulder.
That's lobe expansion for ya.
