Fred vs Hillary

In the latest Rassmussen poll report both Fred Thompson and Mrs. Clinton are nearly tied although the poll shows 46% for Fred Thompson and Mrs. Clinton at 45%. Even Guiliani has a 46% showing. But in June, Clinton was a point ahead of Giuliani and even with Thompson. Now, she is behind them both. Again, polls aren't guarantees of a win in the White House if you ever remember the 2000 election (Bush vs Gore) and the classic Truman (Dem) vs Dewey (Rep) election in 1948.
